Error Disconnect Reason Explanation
User-Request User-Request Normal disconnect as requests by customers computer.
Idle-Timeout Idle-Timeout Customer was diconnected because they were idle for to long (RAS sets the timeout)
Session-Timeout Session-Timeout Customer was diconnected by RAS because of max session length.
