This is generally a Windows NT 4.0 error, and not that common..

Generally the error refers to the fact that a windows ethernet card is misconfigured, wrong drivers, or has just plain failed... Talk to your server admin, reboot, reinstall, remove or replace the faulty ethernet card if applicable.
