Windows Dial Up Networking Error 780


This is an odd error.. This error usually indicates something with wrong with the dialer or the settings of your dialer in Dial up Networking (DUN).

It is suggested that you create a new connection (with the same settings as you ISP gave you for your original connection, and see if that helps.. If so, delete the old connection and just use the new one.. Windows must of corrupted something to do with the original connection

If this doesn't solve the issue, you might need to uninstall, reboot, and reinstall dial up networking. You can do this through add/remove programs in the control panel, and windows components...


Esssentially Windows has damaged and corrupted some files, and hopefully this fixes the isssue.. and hope that windows didn't corrupt any other files on your computer..
